A plain-language summary of what we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it. The full legal text appears below.
quenph collects personal information strictly for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improving your platform experience. We do not collect data that is not necessary for these purposes, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All personal data transmitted between your device and quenph is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by BPI, BDO, and major Philippine digital banks. Your password is stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and is never stored or transmitted in plain text by quenph at any point.
quenph processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable NPC regulations and circulars. As a data subject, you have legally enforceable rights over your personal data held by quenph, including rights of access, correction, erasure, and data portability as described in this Policy.
As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, quenph is legally required to share certain player data — including identity documents and transaction records — with PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated under Philippine law. This sharing is a regulatory obligation, not a discretionary choice, and does not require your additional consent beyond your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
quenph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Disclosure to third parties is limited to service providers who process data on quenph's behalf under data processing agreements, and to regulatory bodies as required by law. All third-party processors are contractually bound to data protection standards consistent with this Policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data held by quenph at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO). Requests are processed within ten (10) business days. Certain data cannot be erased while your Account is active or while regulatory retention periods apply — full details are in Section 9 of this Policy.
quenph ("quenph", "we", "us", "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at quenph.vip. We are committed to protecting the personal information of all individuals who interact with the quenph platform, including registered Players, prospective Players, and visitors to the quenph website.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what personal information quenph collects, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases that authorise such processing, how it is stored and protected, when it may be disclosed to third parties, and the rights available to you as a data subject under Philippine law.
By registering an account, accessing the quenph platform, or otherwise providing your personal information to quenph, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. This Policy forms part of and should be read alongside the quenph Terms & Conditions.
Age Restriction: The quenph platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. quenph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person below this age, we will delete it immediately.
For the purposes of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC), quenph is the personal information controller in respect of all personal data collected through the quenph platform.
quenph has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing data protection compliance across the organisation and serving as the point of contact for data subject inquiries and NPC engagement. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine government authorities as required by law, including in response to lawful requests, court orders, or regulatory investigations. Such disclosures are mandatory legal obligations.
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channel operators receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations.
Third-party identity verification services that assist quenph in verifying the authenticity of government-issued ID documents as part of the KYC process. These providers act as personal information processors under data processing agreements with quenph and are bound to process data only for the specified verification purpose.
Game software and live dealer streaming providers whose platforms are integrated into quenph. These providers may receive session and gaming activity data required for game delivery and outcome recording. All providers are vetted for data protection standards as part of the quenph integration process.

The quenph platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session continuity, remember your preferences, prevent fraud, and generate aggregated analytics about platform usage. The following cookie categories are in use on quenph:
Cookie Control: You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Disabling all cookies will impair quenph platform functionality, including login and session management. quenph does not use third-party advertising cookies or participate in behavioural advertising networks.
quenph implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal data held and the risks presented by its processing. These measures include:
Notwithstanding the above, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. quenph is not liable for security breaches attributable to your own failure to protect your account credentials, or to circumstances beyond quenph's reasonable control.
quenph retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal and regulatory minimum retention requirements. The following retention periods apply:
Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with quenph's data disposal procedures.

To exercise any of the above rights, contact the quenph Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15. quenph will respond to data subject requests within ten (10) business days. We may require verification of your identity before processing a request to protect against unauthorised access to another person's data.
The quenph platform is not intended for and may not be used by individuals under the age of 21. quenph does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals below this age threshold. If quenph becomes aware that personal data has been provided by a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account.
If you believe that a minor has registered an Account on the quenph platform or provided personal data to quenph, please notify the DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 15. quenph treats such reports as urgent and will investigate within one (1) business day of receipt.
Some of the third-party service providers that process personal data on quenph's behalf may be located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers and game technology platforms. Where personal data is transferred to service providers in other jurisdictions, quenph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required under the Data Privacy Act and applicable NPC regulations, including:
Details of specific cross-border transfers and the safeguards applicable to them are available upon request from the quenph DPO.
With your separately provided consent at the time of registration or at a later date, quenph may send promotional communications including information about new games, bonuses, and special offers by email or SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by adjusting the notification settings in your quenph Account, or by notifying the quenph support team. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect quenph's ability to send transactional communications required for account management (e.g., OTP messages, deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, or security alerts).
No Third-Party Marketing: quenph does not share your personal data with third-party advertisers for marketing purposes. Any promotional communications you receive will be sent by quenph directly, not by unaffiliated third parties who have purchased your contact details from quenph.
quenph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes to the Policy will be communicated to registered Players by email to the registered account address, with advance notice of at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the quenph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
