By accessing the quenph website at quenph.vip, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or service offered by quenph, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with quenph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the quenph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "quenph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at quenph.vip, including all games, services, and account functionality made available thereunder.
• "Account" means a registered quenph player account created and maintained in accordance with these Terms.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the quenph platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso denominated funds held in a Player's quenph Account.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any game or wager placed using funds in a Player's Wallet that are capable of generating real monetary winnings or losses.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which quenph verifies a Player's identity and age before permitting withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Gross Gaming Revenue" or "GGR" means the aggregate amount wagered by a Player less the aggregate amount returned to the Player as winnings over a defined period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the quenph platform is prohibited under applicable law or quenph policy.

To register a quenph Account and participate in Real Money Gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online casino gaming in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use an online gaming platform regulated under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee, officer, or director of quenph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or regulatory bodies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from quenph or placed on any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion register during an active exclusion period.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

quenph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on quenph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). quenph supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at quenph's discretion.

All games available on the quenph platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

quenph uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games at quenph Casino are conducted by trained dealers using physical cards and equipment under studio conditions subject to compliance oversight.

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — during an active wager, quenph's policy is to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. If a valid game outcome was achieved before the technical failure, quenph will endeavour to honour that outcome subject to review. quenph's determination in technical failure matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed outside the stated limits will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.

quenph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all quenph bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total Bonus Funds credited, unless otherwise stated. Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Contribution rates by game category are published in the individual promotion terms.
• quenph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify the terms of an active promotion, or void bonus credits where it determines that they have been obtained through abuse, multiple Account creation, or any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Each Player is eligible for each welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a second or duplicate Account is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus credits have an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unused bonus credits will be forfeited upon expiry.

quenph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. quenph operates in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework applicable to all licensed operators in the Philippines.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players from the Account settings screen:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum amount wagered per session or per day.
• Session Time Reminders: Set periodic alerts and maximum session durations after which the system will prompt logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to self-exclude for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion applies across all quenph games and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

quenph reserves the right to implement responsible gaming controls on a Player's Account at its sole discretion where internal monitoring indicators suggest potentially harmful gambling patterns, without being under any obligation to do so.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the quenph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or under the identity of a third party;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated tools to interact with any quenph game or system in a manner not intended by the game design;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game rules or exploit promotional offers;
• Using the quenph platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or conduct any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing quenph from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology intended to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to quenph support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing quenph staff, other Players, or live dealers through any communication channel on the platform.

All content on the quenph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of quenph or its licensed game providers and content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any quenph intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the quenph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms or Account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, quenph shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with:

• Gambling losses sustained by a Player in the course of normal gaming activity;
• Technical interruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond quenph's reasonable control that affect gameplay or account access;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions taken by quenph in good faith to comply with PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law;
• Loss or corruption of data attributable to third-party systems, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in this Section excludes quenph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

quenph collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to quenph's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).

quenph's data processing activities are governed by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. Full details of your data rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

quenph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address and/or via a notice displayed on the quenph platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and formatting changes) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the quenph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the quenph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to quenph's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures as applicable under its licensing framework. quenph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry or investigation relating to player complaints or regulatory compliance.
